Dwayne Mills currently serves as the Executive Director of Appalachia Reach Out in Martin County, Kentucky. Dwayne is an ordained elder in the Nazarene Church with 30 years of experience serving the local church (Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky), administration at a Nazarene University, and Lead Pastor. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University & Masters of Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University.
